Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FB Page Poster, operated by Fun Child Games LTD("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

FB Page Poster lets you connect Facebook Pages you manage, copy posts from a source Page into a queue, and publish copies to a destination Page — manually or on a schedule you configure.

You must have admin or appropriate content permissions on both Pages involved. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to republish content you copy.

• You must provide accurate sign-in information.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).

Connecting Facebook is optional but required to use Page copying and publishing features. When you connect, you authorize us to act on your behalf only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Your use of Facebook is also subject to Meta's terms and policies. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

FB Page Posterconnects to Facebook through Meta's official login. We request only the permissions needed to list your Pages, read posts from a source Page you choose, and publish copies to a destination Page you choose. We do not request permission to manage comments, read user comments, send messages, or run ads.

This app does not request or use:

• pages_manage_engagement (comments and likes)
• pages_read_user_content (user comments on Page posts)
• Messaging or inbox access
• Advertising or audience data

• Nothing is posted to Facebook unless you import posts and then post manually or start auto-post yourself.
• You can stop auto-post or disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings.
• Disconnecting clears Page tokens and setup stored in the app for your account.
• You may also revoke this app in your Facebook account settings under Business integrations.
• Meta's own terms and data policies apply when you use Facebook login. See Meta Policies.

We will not post anything to Facebook unless you take action yourself. That includes:

• Choosing your source and destination Pages
• Saving a source Page and copying posts into your queue
• Clicking to publish or skip individual posts
• Starting auto-post with an interval you set in Settings

You can stop auto-post, clear your queue, or disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, fraud, or unlawful content
• Copy or publish content you do not have rights to use
• Attempt to bypass security or access other users' data
• Reverse engineer or overload the service
• Use the service in a way that violates Facebook's Platform Terms

You retain ownership of content you manage through the service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the features you use (importing, queuing, and publishing as you direct).

We do not claim ownership of your Facebook Pages or posts.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Facebook API changes, token expiry, network issues, or maintenance may affect importing or publishing. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where possible.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed or that copied content will appear identically on Facebook.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fun Child Games LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or £100 if you use a free tier).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting Facebook and deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. On termination, your right to use the service ends, but sections that should survive (such as disclaimers and liability limits) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country give you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
