FB Page Poster is operated by Fun Child Games LTD, registered at 11 Limpsfield Road, Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, S9 1BJ. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our service to copy and schedule Facebook Page posts.

FB Page Poster helps you copy posts from one Facebook Page you manage to another. You stay in control at every step: nothing is imported until you save a source Page, and nothing is published unless you post manually or turn on auto-post on a schedule you set.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

When you use the service, we may process:

• Account data — your sign-in identifier and email address (handled by Clerk, our authentication provider)
• Facebook connection data — Page access tokens and the Page IDs you select for copying and publishing
• Imported post data — text, links, and media references from posts you choose to copy into your queue
• Settings — date filters, posting interval, queue status, and scheduler state
• Technical logs — basic server logs needed to operate and secure the service

We do not read Facebook comments, private messages, friend lists, or unrelated personal profile data.

We use information only to run features you use:

• Authenticating your account
• Listing Facebook Pages you manage
• Importing posts from your chosen source Page
• Publishing copies to your chosen destination Page
• Running the posting queue and schedule you configure
• Responding to support requests you send us

Where applicable, we process your data because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (providing the service), because you have connected Facebook and chosen to use posting features, and because we have a legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable application.

We will never publish to Facebook without an action you take in the app, such as:

• Saving a source Page and copying posts
• Clicking to publish or skip an individual post
• Starting auto-post with an interval you set

If auto-post is off, nothing is sent to Facebook. You can stop auto-post or disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings.

FB Page Posterconnects to Facebook through Meta's official login. We request only the permissions needed to list your Pages, read posts from a source Page you choose, and publish copies to a destination Page you choose. We do not request permission to manage comments, read user comments, send messages, or run ads.

This app does not request or use:

• pages_manage_engagement (comments and likes)
• pages_read_user_content (user comments on Page posts)
• Messaging or inbox access
• Advertising or audience data

• Nothing is posted to Facebook unless you import posts and then post manually or start auto-post yourself.
• You can stop auto-post or disconnect Facebook at any time in Settings.
• Disconnecting clears Page tokens and setup stored in the app for your account.
• You may also revoke this app in your Facebook account settings under Business integrations.
• Meta's own terms and data policies apply when you use Facebook login. See Meta Policies.

We retain data only while needed to provide the service for your account. If you disconnect Facebook, we clear your Page tokens and page setup. You can remove imported posts within the app. Account data remains until you delete your account or ask us to remove it.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate:

• Clerk — sign-in and session management
• Meta / Facebook — Page listing, reading source posts, and publishing when you request it
• MongoDB / hosting providers — storing application data securely

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Facebook access tokens and account data are stored on our servers, not in your browser. API requests require a signed-in session. Please keep your login credentials secure and disconnect Facebook if you no longer use the service.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

This service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
